I offer counselling in Calgary and online across Alberta that is trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming, and focused on healing and growth. Together, we may build skills for managing emotional ups and downs, process grief connected to late diagnosis or life changes, and work through trauma—whether relational, neurodiversity-related, or major life events. My goal is that when life happens (because life always happens), you feel supported to heal, grow, and move forward with greater clarity and resilience.

Book NowWhat Counselling Looks Like Here
Counselling with Healing Paths Psychology is about more than coping — it’s about building the skills and connections you need to thrive. My approach includes:
- Trauma-informed support that honours your pace and boundaries.
- Neurodiversity-affirming therapy that respects the unique ways your mind and body experience the world.
- Relational, integrative practices, drawing from Internal Family Systems, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and polyvagal-informed approaches like the Safe and Sound Protocol.
- Flexible session options: in-person in Calgary or virtual across Alberta.
Why This Matters
Many people seek counselling when life feels overwhelming, confusing, or heavy.
Therapy offers a place to:
- Build skills for emotional regulation.
- Process grief and transitions, including late-diagnosed neurodiversity.
- Work through trauma — whether relational, developmental, or sudden life events.
Counselling isn’t about changing who you are. It’s about helping you reconnect with your strengths, develop resilience, and move forward with greater clarity, calm and curiosity.
